Durquet01 is a digital communications and marketing agency based in Montevideo, Uruguay. This privacy policy applies to the internal tools and applications we operate to manage social media and advertising data on behalf of our clients.

2. What Data We Access

Through our Meta Developer application (App ID: 973278232024279), we access the following data via the Meta Graph API on behalf of our agency clients:

• Facebook Page metrics: reach, impressions, fan count, and engagement data
• Instagram account metrics: reach, impressions, and follower data
• Facebook Ads performance data: spend, results, and campaign metrics
• Page post data for content performance analysis

3. How We Use This Data

All data accessed through this application is used exclusively for internal reporting and analytics purposes. Specifically, we use this data to:

• Generate performance reports and dashboards for our agency's client management
• Provide clients with summarized performance insights about their own pages and ad accounts
• Identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance

Data is never sold, shared with unrelated third parties, or used for advertising targeting.

4. Who Sees This Data

Only authorized personnel at Durquet01 have access to raw API data. Our clients receive summary reports generated from their own data, but do not have direct access to the raw API responses of other clients.

5. Data Storage

Metrics data is stored in a private database hosted on our own VPS infrastructure. Access is restricted and protected. We do not store personal data of individual Facebook or Instagram users — only aggregated page and campaign metrics.

6. Data Retention

We retain metrics data for up to 12 months for historical reporting purposes. Upon client offboarding, their associated data is deleted from our systems within 30 days.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services as part of our internal infrastructure:

• Meta Graph API — to retrieve page and ad account data
• Supabase — for secure data storage
• Telegram — for internal report delivery to agency staff

These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms of service.

8. Your Rights

If you are a page administrator whose data is accessed through this application and you wish to revoke access or request deletion of your data, please contact us. You may also revoke access at any time through your Facebook account settings under "Apps and Websites."

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
